Mike Mooney has been in Florida since his vested retirement from the NYPD in 1982.

Until this year, Mike has managed Mobile Home Parks and sold Mobile Homes/shares in those Communities. His specialty has been Mobile Home Co-Operatives, where the residents own the Community themselves. When they buy a Mobile Home, they buy the share with it, and get a voice in the management and control of the Community.

In Florida, about 60% of the Mobile Home Communities are Co-Ops. More are changing daily.

Where else in the world can you have world-class amenities, pools, shuffle courts, etc., and full time activities for $70k- $200k??

Mike and his wife, Rita, live in Westwinds Village Inc., in Bradenton, Florida, the last Mobile Home Park he retired in.
